What Constitutes a Franchise Area?

  • A geographic area that has a distance less than 500 square miles
  • The area may be small or large, gauged by the number of businesses and the ability of the franchise manager to perform the needed responsibilities
  • Multiple managers may share in a single franchise destination
  • Individual details are concluded with GeoGo corporate offices

Who can be a Franchise Manager?

  • The preferential candidate is a local travel guide, business owner, or travel organization
  • They must live in the area, or in close proximity to the destination they will serve
  • They must have a great knowledge of the area
  • They should have existing business contacts and/or belong to a tourism organization

Responsibilities of a Franchise Manager?

  • Create a membership and open your Backoffice
  • Create your personal Business DAPP
  • Create one or more Completion Actions and attach one to your DAPP
  • Create many Adoptable Locations
  • Sign up other businesses

Income for a Franchise Manager?

  • Franchise Managers are considered 1099 contractors
  • All income generated is 40% to the signup agent, 40% to GeoGo, 10% to the franchise manager & 10% parent entity
  • Income is paid residually for the following:
    • Business Sign Ups
    • Basic Member Sign Ups
    • Adoptable Income
    • GeoGo TV Ads
  • Income derived from training or contract work, that the franchise manager preforms, for local businesses is paid directly to the Franchise Manager.

Residual Income is defined as payment each time a member pays, or re-pays for a service or membership

The Members Backoffice

Each GeoGo member receives a personalized, secure, Backoffice at sign upThe Backoffice contains modules that allow the members to perform secure taskThese modules are:
  • GeoGo Member Home

    • My Points will show members current point total and the worldwide leaderboard
    • My Rewards, displays all of the reward QRcodes received from game completion
    • My Interest, is an updatable form containing check boxes of things that interest you
    • My Destinations, is an updatable list of places you would like to go
  • My Team

    • Sign Up form to sign up another member from your back office, or send them a link to join
    • My Team is a listing of all members that have signed up because of you
    • Payment, tracks payments due to you, and allows you to receive a physical or virtual payment card

    • Displays saved pictures
    • Post, search, and favorite other members postings

    • Keeps any direct bookings that have been purchased

Business Back Office

Each GeoGo business member receives a personalized, secure, Backoffice at sign up
The modules include:
My DAPP, (The Hub Module of GeoGo business)
    • New Location, the form that sets up the business DAPP website within GeoGo
    • Completion Action, the form that sets up what happens when members visit a destination. (Make as many options as you like)
    • New Adoptable Location, the form that builds Adoptable DAPPs. The module is only in Travel Guide and Area Managers Backoffices
    • Adopt A Location, the Search engine to purchase adoptable locations
    • Add A New Location, Allows members to add location DAPPs for more than one location (Separate Charge is incurred after the first)

Destination Set Up, Module for setting up NEW destinations. This module is only in Area Managers Backoffice

    • Info Data Form, auto creates webpages for destination info and images, etc.
    • Destination Layout Choice, choose your layout from several options
    • Destination Theme Choice, choose your Theme from more than a dozen choices

  • Tokens are purchased for sending as different methods are sent at different rates

A Scuba Tour company plans a group travel extravaganza for scuba divers:1. They search key word SCUBA and the system finds members that put scuba diving in the MY INTEREST form2. The results will show the company how many members choose Scuba3. It will display numbers by the method of delivery chosen in the account back office of each member4. The company fills out the messages they would like delivered into each method of delivery choice:
  • texting has limited characters, but can include links to webpages and more
  • email messages can contain images, links, and much more
  • phone calls are recorded messages
  • social media varies by type
5. They hit the send button and all methods are sent automatically. Each message will contain an opt-out links to remove that person from further contact if desired6. The member may respond, if interested, and book the desired tour

Direct Bookings is a system that allows Tour Operator and Lodging host a direct booking opportunity directly through the GeoGo system. Coming Soon.

Area Manager / Travel Guide

.
The following steps are important to assure that your new destination is set up and configured properly
1. Fill out the Signup form to join as the Travel Guide / Area Manager, (monthly or annual memberships are available)
2. After signup, go to https://geogo.tours and Click on the LOCK ICON in the top tool bar menu and log into your new back office
3. Under GeoGo Accounts, go to the tab marked ACCOUNT SETTINGS and complete all areas including language selection, and hit save. The system will reset to accommodate the language selection. This process make take from 30 second to 2minutes
4. Go to the https://train.geogo.tours to view the training sections for a better understanding of the GeoGo system and the Franchise Manager responsibilities
5. After training is complete proceed by setting up the Destination as described in the training
6. If you are setting up a new destination, click on the icon labeled DESTINATION SET UP and hit the NEW button (If your area has already been set up, begin with the MY DAPP module)
7. Under the MY DAPP tab, set up your travel guide business DAPP before creating anything else. The first location is free with your membership. Additional locations require an additional fee each
8. Secondly create a COMPLETION ACTION to attach to your business DAPP. This Completion Action is the Ad users will see when they complete the location
